All items are usually shipped within one day via a suitable courier or royal mail for smaller items. On the day of dispatch we will send you a dispatch notification through ebay, and for items sent via courier we will also add a tracking number on ebay. If within 2 days of the dispatch email you have not received any contact from the courier you must contact them by the 3rd day via the the information provided in the email. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us and you the customer incurring return and redelivery charges .We will only ship to the address provided to us via ebay and it is the customers duty to insure the postal address is correct and so is their email address. Standard Returns We offer an unconditional money back guarantee on Real Shopping UK products not listed in the exceptions below. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods your refund will be immediate. If your goods have been dispatched then your refund will be net of the original shipping costs. To qualify for the refund you must comply with the following:
- The product must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. - The product must be uninstalled, unopened and free from damage or misuse by the customer. - Real Shopping UK will not accept responsibility for freight charges on returned goods in either direction. - If the product could not be delivered by the courier company to the address you have provided and is returned to us redelivery charge applies. - Goods should be returned via a tracked service and the tracking number should be supplied to Real Shopping UK. - Customers are responsible for returned goods until they reach Real Shopping UK. - Customer are asked to inspect goods before signing for them, and to refuse delivery if there are obvious signs of damage. If you are unable to do this any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods, as this enables us to make a claim against the couriers. Any transit damages not reported within 24 hours after receipt of goods will not be replaced. - A note must be enclosed with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and your ebay login name and item number.
